About
Mission
Warmwell Counseling was founded by Rebecca Bennett, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. Rebecca is a neurodivergent therapist who has experienced their own chronic health challenges, and understands firsthand how heavy and isolating these experiences can be.
Warmwell Counseling was founded to provide easy to access support in the State of Washington, in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Here you will get help building practical tools for coping with life's challenges while also getting psychoeducation for better understanding what you are going through.
Whether you are reaching out for the first time, or returning to therapy after a break, you deserve to feel safe and take things at your own pace. If something here resonates with you, please don't hesitate to reach out. There are no wrong questions, and we would love to hear from you.
The Warmwell Approach
At Warmwell Counseling, we believe that counseling should not feel like a chore. Life is hard enough as it is, and the last thing we want is for you to feel like this is just something else to check off on your to-do list. Our approach is intentionally relaxed and flexible, designed to meet you where you are and focusing on what matters to you most in the moment.
We use an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices. Tools from these modalities are used thoughtfully based on what feels most important and helpful to each individual client.
If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, empathy, flexibility, and a genuine focus on the here and now — this could be the right place for you.
