Scheduling

I partner with Mindful Therapy Group for all new client coordination. Their team will handle your insurance verification, client paperwork, and get you set up with your New Client Intake appointment. After your initial Intake session, any other appointments will be scheduled by me.

Intake Forms

Once scheduled, you will receive secure, HIPAA-compliant digital paperwork to complete through the Mindful Therapy Group portal before our first session, and will receive an email with the link to this portal.

Telehealth Explained

Therapy from the comfort of your own space. Our virtual sessions are HIPAA-compliant, secure, and designed to provide the same grounded support as an in-person visit.

Technical Needs

To get the most out of our time, you will need a private space where you feel safe to speak freely, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone).

Privacy & Safety

All sessions occur via a HIPAA-compliant portal. You will receive a unique, secure link for each appointment. Your confidentiality is our highest priority, ensuring your personal information and sessions remain protected.

Virtual Comfort

Wear something comfortable, have a glass of water nearby, and try to find a spot where you can sit back and focus. Therapy is your time to be yourself, exactly where you are.

The Initial Intake

During out intake session we will explore what brought you here, and what you hope to achieve. We will discuss your history, current challenges, and begin building the trust that forms the foundation of our work together.

What to Expect

Ongoing Collaboration

Future sessions are where real growth happens. In our sessions we are not in a hurry. We are focused on processing emotions and navigating current challenges. We will focus on what is important to you in the moment, and work on achieving your goals.
